FAQ
Do we need to change our current workflow?
No. During the pilot, guests pay at your front desk and your waiver, access control, and POS remain exactly as they are today. All of this can be digitized later (e-waivers, online payments, QR check-ins), but we’ve intentionally kept the pilot zero-change so you can validate value quickly without operational disruption.
How do payments work?
The pilot keeps payments in-club on purpose — it’s faster to adopt and requires zero operational change. You charge guests on arrival using your existing POS. If you prefer later, we can enable secure online card payments and QR check-ins per location — your choice, with no impact on your in-club flow.
